Marketing strategy, market segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing research, consumer behaviors, promotion, pricing strategies, revenue maximization, and the future of hospitality marketing will be examined. Competitor behavior, decision-making strategies, product and service development, and the implementation of marketing management will also be examined in this course. Students will be asked to develop a deeper understanding of the internal systems and structures of hospitality organizations in order to analyze the marketing strategies on an international level in the tourism sector. 课程培养目标: To provide students with knowledge of the marketing strategies in the Hospitality industry. By the end of the course students should be able to: to identify and communicate service culture, to identify Segment in the Market through strategic planning, to analyze the consumer behaviors in the segment (target market), to analyze and apply the correct pricing methods, to rationalize the distribution’s channels, to communicate effectively in order to promote the Product, to be aware on the importance of the P. R. in the Hospitality industry. At the same time it develops students’ criticism on current topics in which the Marketing Mix is involved.
