Through systematic and comprehensive study of this course, students should have a basic understanding of what management is, why management is needed, how to manage, and what a successful and failing management will result in different impact to an organization; some practicing process will also arranged during the teaching proceeding in order to cultivate students’ perceptual knowledge of management, training them learning how to put theory into practice, mastering some basic analyzing methods and establish concrete foundation for future study.
